Mastplay Terms & Conditions — Know before you use the platform

Mastplay (also known as bundles.org) is an online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and internationally. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the mastplay website, mobile app, and all associated services.

• Residents of countries where mastplay's registration is restricted or prohibited are not permitted to create an account.

Mastplay is an 18+ platform. Use by minors is strictly prohibited. mastplay may request identity documents for age verification at any time.

If a minor creates an account on mastplay and is subsequently identified, the account will be immediately closed. All balances and winnings associated with that account may be forfeited.

• A National ID card (NID) will serve as the primary document for age verification.
• A passport or driving licence is also accepted as an alternative form of identification.
• Mastplay urges parents to stay vigilant and ensure their children cannot access this platform.

The following rules apply when making a deposit on mastplay. mastplay supports multiple payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited and any such transactions may be voided.
• Mastplay does not charge any deposit fees; however, fees may apply from your payment provider.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawals from mastplay are processed quickly and transparently. Funds are typically received within 15 minutes to 24 hours, though additional verification may be required in some cases.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals of up to ৳ 1,00,000 per day are permitted.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Mastplay reserves the right to place a withdrawal request on hold while a suspicious transaction is under investigation.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registered members only.
• A wagering requirement (typically 15x–30x) must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any bonus not used within the specified period will be forfeited.
• Mastplay actively works to prevent bonus abuse. Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in account closure.
• Some bonuses may be restricted to use on specific games.
• Mastplay reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

• If a technical error is detected in a game outcome, mastplay reserves the right to void that round.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost connection, mastplay will determine the outcome in accordance with its established rules.
• For Sports Betting, mastplay's odds and rules shall be considered final.
• In the event of an incorrect payout due to a technical error, mastplay reserves the right to reclaim the relevant funds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mastplay:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Playing games or placing bets using bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Committing fraud through credit card chargebacks.
• Using mastplay for money laundering or any form of illegal financial processing.
• Abusing bonuses or manipulating the platform to claim bonus funds.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the mastplay platform to gain an unfair advantage.

Mastplay reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• For breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• For registering with false or misleading information.
• If evidence of suspicious or unusual gaming activity is found.
• Upon request from law enforcement authorities or by court order.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Users may also request account closure at any time. Prior to closure, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance, unless the account is being closed due to fraudulent activity.
